The surviving public IOV index records the fifth World General Assembly in Tianjin, China, in 2004.
A biographical record published by Jinan University states that Chinese folklorist and cultural advocate Feng Jicai was elected an IOV Vice-President at the Assembly. The online IOV archive does not currently link an agenda, minutes or a full report for this edition.
