Historical note
The official IOV index places the third World General Assembly in Mödling in 1990. A chronology published by the Polish Section of IOV records the meeting from 27 to 31 October.
That section history describes discussion of IOV’s financial situation, the formation of new international contacts and a closing reception at Vienna’s Hofburg. It is a participant record rather than a complete set of Assembly minutes, so this article does not extend its account beyond those documented points.
