Website information

Privacy, explained in practical terms.

This page describes how the current website handles information when you follow an email link, prepare a cultural contribution or open an external resource.

Email and contact data

Contact links open your own email application. The website does not send the message itself. Information is transmitted only if you choose to send the prepared email, after which it is handled through the sender’s and recipient’s email services.

Contribution form

The contribution form prepares an email on your device. The entered name, place, organization, title and description are not uploaded by the form. They leave your device only if you send the resulting email. Nothing submitted by email is published automatically.

Technical delivery data

A hosting provider may process standard server information needed to deliver and secure pages, such as an IP address, request time, requested page and browser details. The final provider, purposes and retention periods must be confirmed for the public hosting environment.
