Historical note
The fourth IOV World Congress on Folk Culture was held in Athens and Volos in 2007 together with the seventh World General Assembly.
Its central subject was cultural dialogue in the context of globalisation. The programme connected cultural identity with urbanisation, changing values, integration and education.
