Historical note
The third IOV World Congress on Folk Culture met in Andong, South Korea, from 28 to 30 September 2005 alongside IOV’s sixth World General Assembly. Contemporary host-city records describe 102 cultural workers from 74 countries.
The published programme ranged across indigenous and overlooked peoples, cultural diversity, tourism, artistic practice, equality and the culture of peace. This archive note condenses the official topic list rather than claiming to reproduce the proceedings.
