Historical note
The ninth World General Assembly gathering ran at the Airport Hotel in Bergamo, Italy, from 10 to 13 November 2016, with Assembly sessions on 11 and 12 November.
Delegations from 37 countries reviewed proposed bylaw amendments and the Time to Change 2020 programme. IOV’s board history and the published minutes record the election of Ali Abdullah Khalifa as President, Marcel Oelbrandt as Secretary General, Fabrizio Cattaneo as Secretary and Henk Huijser as Financial Director.
