On 15 November 2025, Secretary-General Fabrizio Cattaneo attended the 50th-anniversary celebration of Ansamblul Folcloric Silvana at the Drăgan Muntean Cultural Center in Deva, Romania.
The visit also included meetings with IOV representatives and cultural practitioners from Romania and Moldova concerning the transmission of regional dance, music and costume traditions.
