# White-tile hover media

These web derivatives are reserved for the subtle hover and keyboard-focus
treatments on selected white editorial tiles. They include documentary
photographs and a disclosed set of AI-generated governance-object backgrounds.
All are decorative in this treatment (`alt=""`); the complete heading and
description remain available without the image.

## Documentary photographs

Most photographs were supplied by the site owner in the `pic-IOV` and
`IOV Website/Bilder ` source collections; the `pic-IOV` collection was reviewed
on 26 August 2026. The separately licensed Wikimedia Commons photograph is
identified below.

The source folder contained no exact or perceptual duplicates of the existing
website collection. Each source below is assigned once. Pexels attribution is
retained in the original file name. For WeChat, 图虫创意 and other owner-supplied
files, publication rights and any required photographer credit remain subject
to the owner’s source records.

## AI-generated governance object backgrounds

The following decorative still lifes were generated on 24 September 2026 with
OpenAI's built-in image generation from text prompts only, without reference
images. They intentionally contain no people, hands, faces, readable text,
logos or emblems. The imagery is symbolic and must not be presented as
documentary evidence of an IOV meeting, policy or physical object. External
reuse status has not been independently assessed.
